Since the summer of 2010 Nightshot has started a new life. Now it is a huge camera! The visitor presses a start button and takes place inside the camera during 6 minutes.

A camera registers the outside world. Nightshot invites you inside the camera , to take a look at yourself. The installation is light- and soundproof, which leaves the participator isolated from the outside world. Nightshot shows how relative the image is, that we have of ourselves. Imagine the image we have of others..

The first version of Nightshot premiered in 2007 during Teatro a Corte in Torino, Italy. Since then it has been presented in many variations and places, like in a cell of the former prison of Chateau d'Iff in Marseille, situated on a island in the Sea, and in teh sculpturegarden of famous 'het Kröller-Müller Museum'
